No objection to the issuance of a permit for the temporary installation in public space along 6th Street, NW, of a mechanical and electrical plant to support WMATA operations during the renovation and addition for the adjacent existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 3 March 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 10 March 2023 and 13 March 2023, PROVIDED that temporary chillers be located away from the two largest trees on the block. Refer to DC Public Space Committee. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
