No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of full-frame aluminum-clad replacement windows and a wood replacement garage door in the front facade of an existing building, for repairs to the brick and the slate mansard roof in this facade, and for the replacement of the upper membrane roof, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2023 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 July 2023 and 19 July 2023, PROVIDED that the window color closely match the existing window surrounds and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
