Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of six replacement antennas and eight replacement remote radio heads on two new sled mounts for AT&T on the roof of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2025, due to visibility impacts and insufficient information for review. Forward a new and completely documented submission that places the antennas behind the existing screen wall at the penthouse, replacing existing AT&T antennas in the same location.
