No objection to the issuance of a permit for the demolition of an existing five-story building, including the removal of walls, stairs, slabs, columns, ramps, and elevators and the protection of the existing basement foundation walls at levels B1 and B2, in preparation for a larger renovation and addition project, as shown in materials received and dated 14 November 2025. Staff notes that the permit was issued prior to CFA review due to the federal government lapse in appropriations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
