No objection to a concept for exterior modifications at an existing house, including the installation of a new unconditioned shed with barn doors below an existing above ground patio; the installation of four new attic windows, including a dormer window on the east facade, a round window on the north facade, and two attic windows on the south facade; the installation of the three skylights on the western portion of the roof; the installation of a replacement door, two windows, and an awning on the north facade; the installation of replacement guard rails and patio floor finish; the removal of two vents and the installation of infill brick, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
