No objection to the issuance of a permit for pool terrace modifications and landscape improvements at an existing diplomatic residence, including the installation of replacement stone pavers along a path and terrace, pool terrace expansion, new stair, guardrail, retaining wall repairs, and a new outdoor sculpture, as shown in materials received and dated 6 April 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
