No objection to the issuance of permit for the installation of two dish antennas for Clearwire below existing panel antennas, as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 12 and 16 March 2010. No objection to the issuance of permit for the replacement of existing sidewalks with new concrete sidewalks, the installation of one 5'-0' diameter custom inlay on DAR property, and the replacement of one tree box and grate at an existing tree in public property, as shown in drawings received and dated 5 March 2010 and supplemental materials received and dated 11 March 2010, provided that the proposed custom inlay be bronze in lieu of brass and that the surface of the custom inlay be slip-resistant. Recommend that a graphic designer be retained to design the custom inlay, given its large size. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Review Board.
