Etched 'Calvin Klein / Underwear' lettering in transom to be no more than 12"-tall and vinyl lettering to be no more than 4"-tall. Downspout must be directed inside of building above first floor. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
