No objection to the concept design for the replacement of an existing localizer antenna array at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, per materials received 2 February 2023. Scope of work includes removal and replacement of the existing antenna array with a new steel platform 108' x 20' x 15'. This antenna array will be enclosed with a fence as it is used exclusively by Reagan National Airport in support of flight operations.
