No objection to the final design for the modification of an existing cellular antenna array on the roof of the Hubert H. Humphrey Building, per supplemental materials received 14 February 2023. Scope of work includes removal of temporary antennas and installation of new antenna facilities for Verizon. There are a total of 23 antennas proposed. Applicant notes new equipment will be painted to match the color of adjacent surfaces.

No objection to the concept design for the replacement of an existing localizer antenna array at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, per materials received 2 February 2023. Scope of work includes removal and replacement of the existing antenna array with a new steel platform 108' x 20' x 15'. This antenna array will be enclosed with a fence as it is used exclusively by Reagan National Airport in support of flight operations.

No objection to the final design for the installation of netting at the National Zoological Park Bird House, per materials received 2 February 2023. Scope of work includes installation of posts and beams to support netting above the existing flamingo enclosure to prohibit wild birds from entering the site and possibly highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI).
