No objection to the final design for the installation of netting at the National Zoological Park Bird House, per materials received 2 February 2023. Scope of work includes installation of posts and beams to support netting above the existing flamingo enclosure to prohibit wild birds from entering the site and possibly highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI).
