No objection to issuance of a permit application for various exterior alterations, per supplemental materials received 1 April 2026, which indicate per the Old Georgetown Board's direction the proposed gooseneck lights and placeholder sign have been removed from these plans and would be considered as part of a separate signage application, and the length of the rooftop railing is reduced by four bays (two at east and two at west). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
