No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme of one sign composed of 12-inch high back-lit letters reading 'Wells Fargo' on M St facade, and one non-illuminated sign on 29th St facade, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 6 April 2011. An alternate design for proposed internally-illuminated signs is not appropriate in the historic district, was not approved and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
