No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revision to approved design for two-story rear addition with basement as shown in supplemental drawings dated 6 February 2013 which indicate a 3 5/8 inches offset of east wall of addition from the wall of the historic building. No objection to issuance of permit for replacement garage structure as shown in supplemental drawings dated 23 August 2012 which indicate wood garage door. There will be no rooftop mechanical equipment on house. Windows on front facade will be repaired. No objection to issuance of permit for razing of existing garage structure off rear alley. Note that the Capitol Trust holds an easement on this property. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit. File new submission of detailed and dimensioned drawings for the installation of solar panels with permit application for review by the Commission.
