No objection to proposed concept design for reconfiguration of street layout at Prospect Street and Tondorf Road with new stone retaining wall, guard booth, recessed loading dock, terraces, stairs, cable railings, and handicap ramp as well as alterations to New South including doors, windows, skylight, bronze screen, and bronze canopy as shown in supplemental drawings dated 31 January 2013. File new concept submission with developed design, including details and dimensions, for review by the Commission.
