No objection to issuance of permit for one-story addition and porch at rear ell, underpinning at the basement, door replacements, new brick terrace and brick wall, and new pergola with landscaping and site work, per supplemental drawings received 19 May 2017, which indicate that the overhang and gutter at the new addition will not extend past the south wall of the main building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
