No objection to issuance of permit for three building identification plaques; one blade parking sign to replace an existing blade parking sign; and three new cantilevered 'W' signs, one of which replaces the center flag above the 15th Street canopy, as shown in supplemental materials received and dated 11 February 2009. Recommend that the two flags not replaced by signs remain the United States and District of Columbia flags, subject to the requirements of the United States Flag Code. Recommend that the location of the F Street building identification plaque be determined on site by the architect. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
