The following list of projects will not require a presentation before the Old Georgetown Board (OGB) and are recommended by the Commission of Fine Arts (CFA) staff to the Board for approval without public review. Items may be removed from the Consent Calendar at the discretion of the OGB chairman; requests to present a particular case at the public meeting must be received by close of business on the Monday preceding the public meeting (or the next business day if the Monday is a Federal holiday). Once adopted by the OGB, the recommendations will be submitted as part of the Old Georgetown Act Appendix to the next meeting of the CFA. The concept or permit paperwork will be returned to the District government within five business days of the CFA meeting.
